As part of the 2024 edition of WEMW, Imanol Ortiz López was selected as an emerging European talent to participate in the Inspirational Lab “Genre Rules”, specialized in fantastic cinema. It gathered a group of thirteen genre film professionals from all over the continent, who received master classes from professionals such as Brendan McCarthy (You are not my mother), Dario Vecchiato (Suburra, Titane) and Angélica Ramírez (Talk to me).
